A Clinical Lens on Interoception Part 2 - Presented by Mahek Bansal

Building on the theoretical foundation from Part 1, this session transitions into clinical application for individuals of all ages. We’ll explore how interoceptive challenges may manifest through observable behaviours, emotional responses, and patterns of daily functioning. Participants will learn to recognize key indicators of interoceptive difficulties, interpret clinical features across developmental stages, and apply evidence-informed assessment tools. The session will also introduce practical, person-centred intervention strategies designed to enhance interoceptive awareness and support regulation in a variety of therapeutic and everyday contexts.
